Weight Loss Through Diet

I had a talk with my sister last night and she told me this amazing story about how she lost her weight. A little background before we proceed. She used to be really fat, and I mean it. Not because of some genetic disorder or anything, simply because she used to eat a lot.

And even though a couple of months ago she stopped the excessive eating, all the fat stored in her body from all these years was still there!

She first thought about exercising, and while it is very good, it is mostly used to maintain status quo rather than reducing weight. Because in most of the cases, reducing weight through exercises is a very time consuming process and my sister was also working, so it was hard for her to devote so much time into her gym.

So, after discussion with her physician, she decided that she would go with dieting. Dieting is a systematic intake of food so as it make sure the body gets all the essential items while cutting down the fat. She thought this will be a good idea because not only it is harmless to the body, she also can see results without spending a lot of time in the gym daily (She still is regular there though).

She narrowed it down to about ten different diet plans she could follow, but after that she did not have a clue.
